Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any quality issues, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@Perfectpeanutco.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable, and our team will respond within 24–48 hours to make things right. Please note that opened or consumed products (unless defective) and requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible, but we are always committed to ensuring your experience reflects the high standard we stand for.
